Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, hiring strategies, onboarding, retention programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent development.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management, team development, engagement strategies, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Champion inclusive workplace practices and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable people programs.
  • Support sales compensation strategies, performance metrics, and organizational practices that improve business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across a distributed organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels through credibility, communication, and strategic insight.
  • Paid volunteer time to support community initiatives.
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support programs.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a strong background supporting sales-driven, technical, or global organizations.
  • This professional should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex environments.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting global, high-growth, sales-focused, or technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales organizations, compensation structures, workforce planning, and performance strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and employee engagement practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business recommendations.

Nice to have

  • advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is preferred.
  • Experience supporting international teams or regions such as Latin America and Canada is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
