About the role
- The Assistant Marketing Manager, Customer Execution, owns and drives marketing activations and ecommerce performance across key retailers and Revlon-owned platforms.
- The Assistant Manager partners with Brand, Sales, external agencies, and retailers to lead executional planning and delivery that drives measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Customer Execution & Campaign Support
- Support Brand and Sales teams by planning and executing customer ‑ specific marketing campaigns and assets for trade shows, web ads, instore displays, and customer events, with a strong commitment to on ‑ time delivery, quality, and executional excellence.
- Independently manage timelines, workflows, and priorities across multiple initiatives, partnering cross ‑ functionally to track deliverables and ensure execution of tasks such as meeting recaps, follow ‑ ups, and team sample orders.
- Own campaign measurement and performance tracking, developing KPIs aligned to campaign objectives and delivering post ‑ campaign insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Lead the development of customer ‑ specific instore promo displays, owning P&Ls and assortment planning to support commercial goals. Present promo strategies and performance updates to Sales team monthly for alignment.
- Coordinate cross functional teams and external partners to ensure on time production and delivery of all program elements.
- Evaluate and execute quality and performance,analyzing post event performance to optimize future activations.
- The role leads daily execution and optimization across content, search, promotions, analytics, instore and online activations to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
