Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm Answer client calls and respond to client service requests primarily using Schwab Maintain updated information in our CRM - Redtail Complete and track account paperwork and transfers Schedule client review meetings and assist with meeting prep Assist with prospect and new client onboarding processes Help coordinate client and team events

Requirements
- If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm.
Compensation
- $50k-$60k
Benefits
- Salary and Benefits Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
- Quarterly incentive bonus plan (after 6 months) 401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days) Portion of health insurance paid by company
