About the role
- The Night Manager oversees hotel operations during the overnight shift, leading the Front Desk team, supporting all departments, and ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence in line with Four Seasons standards.
- Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is currently looking for a Night Manager!
Responsibilities
- Lead overnight hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons standards
- Supervise Front Desk activities, manage arrivals and departures, and oversee night audit and billing processes
- Partner with all hotel departments to maintain seamless operations, safety, security, and guest satisfaction
- Support overnight staff, coordinate special requests, and provide leadership to up to 3 direct reports and 20 indirect team members during the overnight shift

Requirements
- Experience with Front Office PMS systems and hotel operations

Compensation
- $75,000 - $86,994
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $86,994
