Responsibilities
- Be embedded with customers as their go-to technical partner
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience (or technical background)
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing
Skills
- Build proof-of-concepts and code snippets that accelerate adoption
- Debug live integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows
- Ensure every deployment is smooth, stable, and optimized for long-term growth
- Analyze transaction and integration data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Translate customer challenges into product insights for Engineering and Product teams
- Build internal tools, documentation, and reusable integration assets
- Help shape the playbook for how Coinflow scales technical deployments globally
