About the role
- As a Brand Market Specialist, you will be the face of the brand you are representing in retailers.
- At Beauty Barrage our goal is to increase sales and brand awareness for the brands we work with.
- The key to being successful in this role is creating a strong presence and driving sales in-store for your respective brands.
Responsibilities
- Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more!
- Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
Requirements
- Must have beauty retail experience.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
