Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases based on relevant data, and define clear goals (OKRs) for initiatives that automate processes, deepen insights and support strategic business objectives.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Finance (Accounting, FP&A), Merchandising, Technology, Strategy and Business Operations to understand complex business problems and pain points, facilitate design discussions, and secure alignment on solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and drive successful execution and delivery of high-impact product experiences.
  • Director of Business Systems Product, you will drive initiatives that automate end-to-end financial processes, enhance data quality, and provide robust reporting and analytics.
  • Drive Business Impact: Identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases based on relevant data, and define clear goals (OKRs) for initiatives that automate processes, deepen insights and support strategic business objectives.
  • End-to-End Execution: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and drive successful execution and delivery of high-impact product experiences.
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate design and end-to-end process analysis, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts, with experience translating complex financial requirements into technical product strategies that deliver accurate and reliable data.
  • Have a strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting practices, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, Merchandise Planning, and SOX controls.

Nice to have

  • Possess functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes and Retail and Supply Chain applications.
  • Merch Planning and eCommerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science, or a related field.

Compensation

  • $145,100 - $242,000 USD
