About the role

- As an EHS technician, you'll be at the center of our safety program: on the floor, in the field, and deep in the compliance work that keeps our people safe and our operations running.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day OSHA, TCEQ, RCRA, EPA, and DOT compliance across our facility and job sites inspections, corrective actions, and program management
- Provide active floor and field presence: identify hazards, coach safe behaviors, deliver training, and build a safety culture that works on the line, not just on paper
- Manage the full RCRA hazardous waste program storage, labeling, satellite accumulation, drum logs, and coordination with disposal contractors
- Respond to EHS incidents and emergencies: activate procedures, collect preliminary findings, and support root cause investigations
- Support air permit, SWPPP, and SPCC inspection cycles

Requirements
- Electrical experience required; familiarity with lithium-ion battery storage systems or NFPA 855 is a plus
