Own requirements management in all phases of the product development life cycle.
Establish system architecture and perform system level design and decomposition into requirements.
Lead independent design reviews and similar technical reviews.
4+ years experience supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
The Control Systems Engineer role is a high-profile position with overall technical responsibility for developing high quality controls and software products.
The Control Systems Engineer will work to define system designs, interfaces, and architectures for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) embedded controllers, user interfaces, and digital interfaces.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline
Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.

401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.
