Responsibilities
- Own requirements management in all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Establish system architecture and perform system level design and decomposition into requirements.
- Lead independent design reviews and similar technical reviews.
- 4+ years experience supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
- The Control Systems Engineer role is a high-profile position with overall technical responsibility for developing high quality controls and software products.
- The Control Systems Engineer will work to define system designs, interfaces, and architectures for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) embedded controllers, user interfaces, and digital interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline
- Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.

- 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.
Compensation
- $77,963.33 - $126,200.00
