About the role
- Perform routine cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry techniques including but not limited to: DNA/RNA isolation, molecular cloning, western blotting, cell culture, cell biological assays, RT-qPCR, protein extraction, purification and quantification, and immunofluorescence microscopy. Maintain mouse colonies, which includes breeding, weaning,
- genotyping, harvesting tissues, and performing physiological assessments. Assist with laboratory management including ordering supplies, taking inventory of biological samples, maintaining instruments, preparing buffers, media, and reagents, Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Basic knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry principles.
Responsibilities

- Ability to handle laboratory mice.
- Strong attention to detail with good communication and organizational skills.
