About the role

  • Are you execution-oriented with attentive detail to driving platform enhancements and improvements across the technology?
  • If you answered yes to the above, then you might be the right person to be the TSE Technical Program Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
  • Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
  • As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Drives execution with a sense of urgency and technical depth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
  • Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
  • Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively on many levels.
