About the role
- Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Administrative Assistant on our Land Development team in the Charlotte, NC market!
- This position is responsible for assisting the Land Development department with tasks associated with the acquisition of lots and land, and the development of residential neighborhoods in Charlotte market area.
Responsibilities
- Obtain contractor's monthly schedules to maintain accuracy of multiple spreadsheets for different departments.
- Maintain Subdivision files with documents for each project. Perform a monthly cleanup of documents to make sure all are filed in the correct folder on the server.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining spreadsheets of all Stormwater documents including land disturbance permits.
- Maintain spreadsheet to track DHEC land disturbance permits. Coordinate project close outs with Field Manager and direct engineer when to submit requests to terminate permits.
- General office work, filing, copying, scanning of documents as needed.
