Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in various repair, renovation and maintenance techniques
- This individual should be experienced in home, office and warehouse repairs and renovations with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift and Bobcat Operator
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Compensation
- Negotiable on the basis of experience
