About the role

- The position also serves as the direct supervisor for compliance, business operations, student-athlete development, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning.
- Advise and consult with coaching staffs and senior administrators of the athletic department, interpreting program needs and questions, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Leads several recurring meetings to include weekly executive and senior staff (in ADs absence), weekly game operations meetings, sport administrators, and monthly coaches meetings.
- Supervision of business operations, compliance, student-athlete development, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning, as well as serve as the lead sport administrator for all team sport administrators
- Assist with Board of Trustee Student Success Committee preparations and documents.
- Lead coach and senior administrator hiring searches.

- Master's degree or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Travel Required:

- Experience as an executive level administrator in an NCAA Athletics Department.
Compensation
- $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually.
