Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees to ensure production goals are met.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and apply that expertise to execute policies and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to broader business goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set expectations, and support employee growth.
- Flexibility to work second shift and support an overtime rotation, including one weekend per month.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams in complex and dynamic situations.
- As a Second Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead daily operations at our advanced technology engine services overhaul facility, where commercial and military jet engines are restored to peak performance.
- You will oversee production and service shop activities, coordinate daily work, drive operational execution, and lead teams to achieve goals for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Requirements
- Background and drug screening required.
- Minimum Required Qualifications

- Analyze and resolve problems quickly using prior experience and technical skills.
- Provide mentorship and informal guidance to new team members.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma / GED and a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while consistently meeting deadlines and production schedules.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, documentation, communication, and execution of programs.
