About the role
- As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall workflow.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to keep production moving.
- Inspect product quality (appearance, weight, labeling, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage equipment start-up, shutdown, sanitation, and daily operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic maintenance.
- Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory tracking.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
- We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
