About the role

  • As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall workflow.
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to keep production moving.
  • Inspect product quality (appearance, weight, labeling, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment start-up, shutdown, sanitation, and daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic maintenance.
  • Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
  • We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.

Nice to have
