Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, scope, success criteria, and project strategy.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates to support engagement and decision-making.
- Lead project execution, ensuring delivery remains on scope, schedule, budget, and aligned with quality expectations.
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Proven track record and ability to collaborate with and influence large stakeholder groups representing a variety of roles, functions and business areas

Requirements
- Experience working in Consulting, Utilities, IT, or an Oil & Gas is a must.
- A leader with 5-10+ years experience working as a Project Manager, including experience on complex, high-visibility, and enterprise-wide/cross-functional projects
- Ability to interact with leadership, key business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical team members.
Skills
- Experience with Change Management and incorporating OCM best practices to your work.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology (or equivalent education plus experience)
- Critical thinker and problem-solver with the ability to adapt as information, project and environment variables evolve.
