Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.

Step into our brand-new, 400,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Merrillville, IN, equipped with state-of-the-art technology designed to optimize efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
You'll troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement.

High school diploma required.

The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (to be received upon hire) and $1,000 stay on bonus (to be received after 6 months of employment).
Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
Education: High school diploma required.
