Summary The Construction Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations within the construction division of Green Valley Construction.

We're looking for an experienced and Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts, ensuring that our team thrives in a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment.
This role ensures that the organization retains and develops a skilled workforce while maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
Manage and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for construction workers, Office staff, and management staff.
Work closely with management to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Develop and implement training programs that address skill gaps, safety standards, and compliance requirements in the construction industry/real estate industry.
Manage the performance appraisal process for construction staff, offering guidance and support to supervisors and managers.
Develop and implement strategies for employee development and succession planning.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a construction or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices specific to the construction industry.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and safety compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
The ability to work in a construction environment, which may involve exposure to outdoor elements and construction sites.
Occasional travel to various job sites may be required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work alternating weekends
