- Summary The Construction Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations within the construction division of Green Valley Construction.
Responsibilities

- We're looking for an experienced and Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts, ensuring that our team thrives in a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment.
- This role ensures that the organization retains and develops a skilled workforce while maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
- Manage and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for construction workers, Office staff, and management staff.
- Work closely with management to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs that address skill gaps, safety standards, and compliance requirements in the construction industry/real estate industry.
- Manage the performance appraisal process for construction staff, offering guidance and support to supervisors and managers.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee development and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices specific to the construction industry.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and safety compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- The ability to work in a construction environment, which may involve exposure to outdoor elements and construction sites.
- Occasional travel to various job sites may be required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work alternating weekends
