About the role

  • At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses rebuild after unexpected damage. As a Large Loss Project Manager, you'll lead the reconstruction of residential and commercial impacted by fire, water, storms, or other major events. In this role, you'll manage projects from start to finish—handling estimates, coordinating teams, and ensuring work
  • is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You'll work closely with customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and team members to keep projects moving and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance partners, and stakeholders throughout each project
  • Manage large-loss projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales, margins, job completion, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 5-40 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

  • Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, restoration, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • equivalent industry experience accepted.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
