Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor of science in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience - Demonstrated knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and industrial documentation standards - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to resolve technical discrepancies in engineering documentation - Demonstrated successful working relationships with others in educational or employment settings - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts - Proficiency with MS office programs - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines - Availability to travel, domestically, up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment - Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume, multi-project engineering environments - Demonstrated familiarity with ISO 9000 documentation standards and document control procedures - 2 years' experience of records management - Experience with CREO, SolidWorks, Inventor software - Working knowledge of ERP systems and BOM (Bill of
