About the role

  • The role coordinates travel, meetings, documentation, financial processes, and departmental communications while maintaining accurate records and supporting key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Format documents (e.g. IO reports, checklists, agendas, reports, communications, compliance letters)
  • Mission: WADA's mission is to lead a collaborative worldwide movement for doping-free sport.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative assistant role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion;
  • No travel required;
  • In addition, the position provides administrative support to other departments as required, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and ensuring organizational priorities are supported efficiently.
  • Diploma or certification in Administrative Assistance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in one of the two WADA official languages (English/French) and very good command of the other official language; additional languages would be an asset;
  • Occasional work in the evening or on weekends;

  • L'assistant administratif offre un soutien administratif, logistique et opérationnel complet à l'équipe de conformité, règles et normes, assurant la prestation efficace des activités de conformité, d'audit et de gouvernance.
  • Ce rôle coordonne les déplacements, les réunions, la documentation, les processus financiers et les communications départementales tout en maintenant des dossiers précis et en soutenant les parties prenantes clés internes et externes.

  • Traiter et prioriser la boîte de réception relative aux tests;
  • Mettre en forme les documents (par exemple, les rapports des OI, les listes de vérification, les ordres du jour, les rapports, les communications, les lettres de conformité);
  • Rédiger et envoyer toutes les lettres de conformité officielles, la correspondance à partir de l'adresse courriel dédiée à la conformité et préparer les présentations PowerPoint sur demande;
