About the role
- Berman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois, with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027. We are ramping up and looking to add a Service Manager to the team!
- - Union-represented shop once we move to Chicago
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
- Hire and develop service advisors and technicians
- You'll work from our Kia dealership in Lincolnwood helping us build the future of Berman Kia.
- You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies
Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000 year
