Responsibilities
- Direct and manage client communications, influencing decisions toward optimal LIVE·TEAM solutions through demonstrated best practices and technical expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LIVE·TEAM subject matter experts and teams-including Sales, Estimating, Project Planning, Graphic & Mechanical Design, and Contracts-to develop comprehensive and executable project build plans.
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines covering manufacturing, delivery, and installation phases.
- Manage vendor, partner, and subcontractor estimates and pricing.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality projects within established timelines.
- This role partners closely with the Sales team to support opportunities from an informational and concept development perspective.
- Leveraging strong industry expertise and technical knowledge, the Sales Engineer manages internal and external project expectations from early-stage opportunities through project completion.
- The outcome of the Sales Engineer's efforts is a fully defined and executable build plan for internal project teams.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and master LIVE·TEAM's project workflows, production operations, and internal processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and present practical solutions internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, architectural signage, agency environments, and/or experiential marketing projects.
- Conduct off-site activities as required, including site surveys, installation or dismantle oversight, and client walkthroughs.
- Travel is required and may be moderate too heavy at times
