- This will require hands-on supply chain / sourcing experience, comfort working in an ERP/MRP system, and strong supplier-management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier selection for production components, leveraging Anduril's approved supplier list, to support BA radar/sensor manufacturing lines.
- Partner with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues ahead of and during production.
- Support development and consolidation of the manufacturing bill of materials (BOM) with Quality and Manufacturing to ramp and sustain production.
- Own part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system-sending clear signals to Purchasing and Production on what to buy or build and when.
- Drive component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity and improve commonality.
- Track supplier performance and support cost-awareness efforts (should-cost inputs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or a related manufacturing role.
- Hands-on experience working in an ERP/MRP system (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing electronics and/or mechanical components, ideally for RF/sensor or other complex hardware.
- Familiarity with BOM development, component qualification.
- Exposure to value / procurement engineering, should-cost / clean-sheet models, or total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) work.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment
- FAR/DFAR familiarity.
- Change management and supply-risk management experience
Compensation
- $86,000 - $112,000 USD
