Responsibilities

  • Provide support of end-user client hardware including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Provide support of end-user client operating systems.
  • Provide support of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services including Exchange, Teams,
  • Provide support of Cloud-based telephony services.
  • Perform new hire employee orientation training on use of IT hardware and IT services.

  • The EUC Analyst I is to be responsible for providing tier-1 client hardware and application support.
  • The position will complete traditional incidents (break/fix) and service requests with a focus on providing field-based support.
  • The position also supports project rollouts as necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree from accredited college, substantial experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft client and server technologies expertise including Windows 11, Office Suite, M365 services, Windows Server, Active Directory and Configuration Manager (preferred)
