About the role

This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, and launching new business ventures through partnerships with financial institutions, asset managers, fintech platforms, and infrastructure providers.
Structure joint ventures, product partnerships, distribution agreements, and embedded finance partnerships.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation Negotiate commercial agreements including revenue sharing and joint go‑to‑market strategies.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand Supernova's platform capabilities and distribution.
Build relationships with banks, asset managers, fintech platforms, custodians, and infrastructure providers.
Define partnership strategies that support Supernova's expansion into banking, lending, and wealth platform ecosystems.
Build business cases and lead initiatives from concept through launch.
Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Product to define integration roadmaps and co‑develop new offerings.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to ensure partnerships drive revenue and adoption.
