About the role

We are looking for a curious problem solver who can quickly make sense of complex data issues and solve problems in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Serve as a trusted analytical consultant with our partners across varying functions to build trust in data and deliver high-value analytics solutions.
Develop knowledge of the business model and customer needs/nuances that can be leveraged in analytical value delivery.
Steward data and analytics as an enterprise-enabling capability and increase the analytical aptitude of our business partners.
Build data visualizations to share the value narrative across various stakeholder groups.
Inform data engineering and software engineering teams of requirements and use cases to bolster the data architecture needed to best support analytics operations.
You should be able to identify an issue proactively, plan a solution, develop said solution, and see the project through end to end.

Bachelor's degree in analytics or another field.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in both technology and business environments.
Ability to quickly re-prioritize work.
Collaboration: Ability to thrive on a highly collaborative, creative, and lean team, owning and managing multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced analytic skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data through complex analysis.
