- Build and maintain integrations between applications (NetSuite SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, REST APIs, middleware) with sound token management and data handling.
- Own access governance: SSO and SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly SOX user access reviews, own provisioning in systems and closing manual deprovisioning gaps on applications without SCIM.
- Drive SSO enablement for remaining non-SSO applications and improve the security posture of the portfolio.
- Manage the business applications request backlog in Jira: triage, prioritize with stakeholders, and communicate delivery timelines.
- Support external audits (SOX, SOC 1) with evidence for change management and access controls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; you document what you build.
Requirements
- 5+ years administering business applications, with 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, SuiteScript).
- Experience running change management and user access controls in a SOX-regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of at least three additional systems in our portfolio or their direct equivalents (PSA, procure-to-pay, expense, close management, contract lifecycle, or incentive compensation tools).
- Experience with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning, ideally with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Proven ability to gather requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders and translate them into system changes.
