About the role

  • USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The adjunct faculty will teach POLT 505 American Congress on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:10-3:30 to approximately 30 undergraduate students.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and 2 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Candidate must be able to teach about American Congress and possess a broader knowledge of American government and political institutions.
  • Candidate must be comfortable interacting with students of varying backgrounds and abilities, and be able to provide appropriate guidance and support regarding coursework.

Nice to have

  • ABD or PhD in Political Science or a related discipline.
  • Teaching certification and/or experience, particularly advanced high school or college students.
