Responsibilities
- This model is centered around an Engineer DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) who maintains total ownership over the initiative's technical, product, and launch success, supported by fractional PM and Design resources.
- Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language.
- Helping Replit Agent build viable alternatives to the world's most popular SaaS vendors (Data, Decks, Videos, etc)
Requirements
- Strong product judgment: you can balance UX, speed, correctness, and long-term maintainability
- Comfort working in modern web stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres
- You can use Replit fully within a wide range of chat, agentic and commerce environments
Skills
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Technical company founding entrepreneurial or high visibility side projects experience preferred but not required
- Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
