About the role
- Provides on-site and remote equipment troubleshooting and repair for all technologies to ensure operational effectiveness of the organization.
- Assists vendor and other technology teams with the initial troubleshooting of connectivity and hardware/software related issues.
- Aids with onsite and remote observations of technology issues in efforts of helping provide client issue resolution.
Requirements
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be customer service oriented.
- Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
Compensation
- Range: $23.97 - $35.96 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
