About the role
- This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
- Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
