As a key member of the sales team, the Account Associate serves as the operational backbone, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless order execution, proactive client service, and efficient showroom operations.

Responsibilities

Troy, MI Position Overview STARK is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Account Associate to support our sales team and deliver world-class service to our luxury design clientele.
This role offers a premier entry point into the luxury interiors industry and is designed as a clear professional pathway toward an Account Manager career.
By maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism, you will represent the STARK brand and build a strong foundation for long-term growth within the organization.

Compensation

Account Associates are compensated with a competitive base salary and are not eligible for commission or bonus incentives at this stage of the sales career path.
