Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in an acceptable field of study and 5 years of acceptable experience.
Experience in the following:

Customizes and configures Salesforce to address complex business processes and requirements.
Conducts code reviews and ensures high-quality code standards are maintained.
Stays up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Participates in the evaluation and selection of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance the development and deployment process.
Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week.
