- Analyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure market consistency during the budgeting and general contractor selection process.
- Become a change management champion for post contract modifications.
Responsibilities
- Completing assignments in areas such as: commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, large capital projects and international development support Finance lead on Datacenter projects from Development through Construction completion.
- Develop Datacenter Campus budgets and associated cashflow forecasts.
- Partner with the Pre-Construction team to support the contracting process from a finance perspective.
- Manage construction vendor invoice review process, ensure proper coding, and communication with accounts payable teams.
- Skills and Experience: A highly motivated, results-driven professional who can simultaneously manage multiple projects.

Requirements
- 0-2 years or more of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant.
- Bachelor's or Masters
Skills
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
