- Job Description Fulfil is hiring a night shift Maintenance Technician to join us at a fast-paced startup in a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
- Work closely with engineers and operations team to support equipment upgrade project timelines and objectives
- Manage existing spares inventory and keep inventory accurate
- Document maintenance activities and any modifications made to equipment
- Impact the company's overall performance by contributing to a positive work culture, encouraging good build practices, and helping to create and improve robust engineering workflows and processes

Requirements
- must be able to change schedule based on business needs given an advance notice is provided
- Experience with SolidWorks to lookup assemblies and parts as needed
- Experience in food processing industry
- The ability to solve challenging problems with a skilled, dedicated and friendly multi-disciplinary team
Nice to have
- Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred and project management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience
- Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must, familiarity with CMMS preferred
- Pay within the range is based on candidate experience and relevant skills.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $50,000 -$60,000 plus stock and benefits.
