About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain AI-driven features using Einstein and deploy autonomous AI agents via Agentforce.
- Apply effective Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs and grounding.
- Design and implement asynchronous, real-time integrations and internal messaging using Platform Events and Pub/Sub APIs.
- Provide technical support and root-cause analysis to resolve complex platform bugs or performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Continuously improve the usability, scalability, performance, and overall design of the Salesforce platform.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions across our organization.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem-balancing modern UI frameworks and automated DevOps pipelines with the ability to maintain critical legacy components.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (Required)

- Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (specifically Copado or similar) and code repositories (GitLab).

Skills
- Utilize Salesforce Backup and Archive to ensure data integrity and retention compliance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in dedicated Salesforce engineering and customization.
- Hands-on experience supporting and refactoring legacy Aura Components.
- Hands-on experience managing declarative release management and CI/CD pipelines through Copado.
