About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain AI-driven features using Einstein and deploy autonomous AI agents via Agentforce.
  • Apply effective Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs and grounding.
  • Design and implement asynchronous, real-time integrations and internal messaging using Platform Events and Pub/Sub APIs.
  • Provide technical support and root-cause analysis to resolve complex platform bugs or performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Continuously improve the usability, scalability, performance, and overall design of the Salesforce platform.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions across our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem-balancing modern UI frameworks and automated DevOps pipelines with the ability to maintain critical legacy components.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (Required)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (Required)

  • Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (specifically Copado or similar) and code repositories (GitLab).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (Highly Preferred)

  • Copado DevOps Platform Developer / Consultant OR Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) Developer (Preferred

Skills

  • Utilize Salesforce Backup and Archive to ensure data integrity and retention compliance.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in dedicated Salesforce engineering and customization.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and refactoring legacy Aura Components.
  • Hands-on experience managing declarative release management and CI/CD pipelines through Copado.

Compensation

  • $102k-$120k
