About the role
- We are looking for a Product Development, Non-Apparel Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester.
- This role will report to the Senior Product Developer, Non-Apparel and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
- This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample launches, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared for development partners in Italy
- Help update and maintain design boards with the latest product information, including style names, material swatches, color references, Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Organize samples for fittings as well as maintain working space organized
- Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing sample packages
- Support with product repairs and customer inquiries in coordination with the production and merchandising teams

Requirements
- Assist with mock-ups, material allocations, and technical documentation required for sample execution
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.

- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
Skills
- Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Education/Experience:
- Previous experience in production in non-apparel category
- Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in RLM is a plus
