About the role

- This is a great opportunity for a project manager or a project engineer to transition into the estimating or pricing field, empowering them to leverage their past expertise in pursuing high-ranking proposals for the organization.
- S&B USA Construction is looking for individuals to join our cohesive and experienced estimating team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare/manage Minority Participation matrix.
- Analyze self-perform activities versus subcontracted.
- Manage small group of assisting estimators.
- Coordinate quantity and cost comparison with Joint Venture Partners.
- Design Build/ P3 Experience
Requirements
- We provide multiple ways to learn and advance estimating skills and thereby enhance each person's ability to grow and become more valuable to the construction industry.
- 4-year Engineering Degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- 7-10 years working in the field of Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil projects
- HCSS Heavy Bid, Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Smart Bid, Teams, Share Point, CADD, Viewpoint Vista & P6
- Experience estimating all types of projects/contracts
- Experience supervising others
