Responsibilities
- This position leverages business strategy, technology, and change management to ensure implementation initiatives align with corporate goals and deliver measurable business value.
- Mentor and lead and coordinate, multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Finance, HR, etc.); foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
Requirements
- 10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations, with proven success in large-scale projects
- Familiarity with finance, supply chain and HR business processes
- Proficiency with Project Management Software tools
Skills
- Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
