Grounds II - 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Location: Newtown Campus The Grounds II position is responsible for performing all tasks related to maintaining the campus grounds safely and efficiently.

Associate's degree or certificate required, along with relevant licenses.
Minimum of 5 years relevant grounds experience.
Welding, JLG, and pesticide license are required
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to effectively deal with all levels of the campus community with professionalism.
PA background check, pre-placement physical, and drug screening are required.
