About the role
- The Process Specialist is the person who keeps our processes documented, our operators trained, and our operational knowledge current - so that when engineering hands off a new process, operations can absorb it and run.
- This role reports to the Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Charm Industrial is building toward ATFBR, and we need someone to own how Pyro Operations learns, qualifies, and improves.
