  • 15+ years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, platform services, media operations, consulting, or related leadership roles. ​
  • Significant experience in advertising, digital media, programmatic, ad tech, martech, retail media, commerce media, or enterprise technology. ​
  • Proven experience leading client-facing teams supporting large, complex, strategic accounts or enterprise platform partnerships. ​
  • Strong understanding of agencies, brand advertisers, media activation, campaign performance, measurement, and platform adoption. ​
  • Experience partnering with Product or technical teams to translate client needs into product requirements, roadmap input, service models, or operational improvements. ​
  • Experience with retail media, Walmart, Sam's Club, CPG, shopper marketing, commerce media, or offsite media is a plus, but not required. ​
  • Experience supporting white-labeled technology, dedicated platform instances, enterprise software, or complex media technology partnerships would be highly relevant. ​
