About the role
- Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) - Instructor for MLA Program Responsibilities: Participate in the development of curriculum as per the BCSLS Competencies for Med Lab Assistants.
- The course schedule may be adjusted based on the instructor's availability.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and support a healthy, collegial, and scholarly work environment through professional practice and professional development.
Requirements
- The instructor will be required to teach each lab session for every cohort.
- For teaching Laboratory Sections:
- Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) in good standing with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), with demonstrated experience working in a laboratory setting ( at least 2 years of recent work experience in the field, preferably with teaching experience).
- Expected Start Date- August 2026
