  • JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Regional Operations Manager - Third-Party Business Development is a senior regional role operating at the intersection of Business Development and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party business development initiatives, including coordination and qualification of TPO leads.
  • Support RFP responses and client presentations by providing operational input and credentials.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for third-party operations.
  • Lead operational onboarding and early‑stage stabilization for new third‑party assets.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in real estate operations, property management, or asset management.
  • Experience with third‑party management models or institutional portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a regional or multi‑country level.
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen.
