About the role

- As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in launching and supporting firsthand's clinical model across WA markets.
- Your time will be split between providing oversight to clinical team members and delivering direct care as needed.
Requirements
- All employees of firsthand are required to receive these vaccinations on a cadence/frequency as advised by the CDC, whereas not otherwise prohibited by state law.
Compensation
- $160,000 - $170,000 USD
- For full-time employees, our compensation package includes base, equity (or a special incentive program for clinical roles) and performance bonus potential.
