About the role

  • The Operations Manager / DPM assists the Program Manager in the overall management and administration of the contract while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure services.
  • The DPM assumes Program Manager responsibilities in the PM's absence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily IT operations including infrastructure services, service desk support, network services, and hosted application operations.
  • Manage computer operations and ensure production schedules are met.
  • Manage and track program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support enterprise-wide integration planning across systems, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Supervise and manage technical teams responsible for maintaining reliable and available IT infrastructure and services.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government representatives, CORs, task managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper coordination between customers, vendors, and teaming partners.
  • Hosted application support

Requirements

  • Provide program management oversight, project control, and reporting required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Skills

  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, especially with government representatives.
  • Certifications
  • Security Clearance
  • Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes. etc.)
  • May require local travel to customer sites.
  • May require sitting/standing for extended periods and performing tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Potential continental US travel to other customer locations, if required

Compensation

  • $53k-$800k
