About the role
- The Dental Software Implementation Specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our customers by providing project management, coordination and training.
- This position is a full-time 24-months contract role based in GTA, Ontario.
- While you will be based out of your home office, the role does require travel within the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- ClearDent builds software and digital tools to help dentists manage all aspects of their practice, allowing them to focus on providing excellent oral care.
Requirements
- 1 year of t raining experience or equivalent
- Ability to train in a variety of settings and to a variety of experience levels
- High emotional intelligence with a high degree of empathy
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required
- Travel may be required from time to time

- 2 years of dental practice management experience is required
