Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures.
Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.
Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.

Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning agents and their uses, understand how to mix chemicals, identify hazards and first aid procedures associated with chemicals.
Clean equipment using established standard operating procedures using manual cleaning, use of high pressure hoses, ladders, air hoses and hot water units.
Remove cases from pallets and reworking product through bag blending, reworking to totes or sorting out cases from the pallet.
Manually inspect raw and finished product for any foreign material, excess vine or quality defects removing any defective product and disposing.
Actively participate in Company Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice Programs.

Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (both written and oral).
Must be able to pass both practical performance and written sanitation exam.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables.
Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's work location, job duties, experience and expertise.
A reasonable hourly estimate for this role is listed below.
Pay Rate or Range: $22.21
